Nova Scotia signs agreement with Venezuela oil company to train workers

Nova Scotia has signed an agreement with Venezuela's national oil company to provide training programs for its workers. Under the agreement, employees of Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. could study at Nova Scotia Community College, Cape Breton University, Dalhousie University and Saint Mary's University.

  1. What geniuses in Caracas ordered this? Do they think sending people to Canada is not exactly the same as if they sent them to the U.S.?? Boy, is it past time to start weeding out this "bolivarian" bureaucracy...

    As sure as the sun rises and sets, the canadian secret police -- most likely thru their ubiquitous stable of university and industry spies -- will spy on these strategic industry venezuelans for the U.S. I absolutely guarantee it. Meaning not only spy on them: but these spooks try to get the venezuelans to spy -- or worse -- when they go back home. Think about that.

    To be forewarned is to be... well -- word to the wise.
