Venezuelan Reporter Denounced Foreign Funding against Chavez
Speaking on his “Jose Vicente Hoy” program on Venezuela’s Televen TV, Journalist Jose Vicente Rangel, warned that funds are already flowing into the country to finance the campaigns of opposition governors and mayors, reported Granma newspaper. Rangel said the first of such funds were placed by the United States and worth 4 million dollars, while others in Euros were detected coming from a Spanish business group directly linked to the campaign of a retired general who held high posts in the Chavez government.
