Colombia's ambassador to the OAS, Camilo Ospina, denies there had been an incursion

Ecuador has urged the Organization of American States (OAS) to condemn Colombia for violating its territory. Colombian forces killed senior Farc rebel commander Raul Reyes and 16 others inside Ecuador on Saturday. At an emergency session of the OAS, Foreign Minister Maria Isabel Salvador said an apology would not suffice and demanded a full investigation. Colombia's ambassador to the OAS, Camilo Ospina, denied there had been an incursion.

  1. It seems that even the Colombian Ambassador to the OAS Camilo Ospina deliberately lied to the OAS that Colombia was not guilty of an incursion. How else did he think that Colombian forces along with U.S. Special Forces were able to attack a FARC rebel camp well-inside Ecuadorian territory? So now we have even the Colombian Ambassador to the OAS lying publicly.

Of course George W. Bush gave him permission to do so.
