OAS investigates rebel leader killing

Leaders from the Organization of American States reportedly have visited the site where a commander of a Colombian rebel group was killed. The team, including OAS Secretary-General Jose Manuel Insulza, were on hand at the site in Ecuador where Colombian forces killed rebel commander Raul Reyes and more than two dozen members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC, El Comercio reported Tuesday.
