OVL gets 40% stake in Venezuela oilfield
Amid India’s improving ties with Latin America, Murli Deora’s oil diplomacy has paid off. Venezuela has raised to 40% the stake it is giving in the San Cristobal oilfield to state-owned ONGC Videsh Ltd."
