Colombia's benchmark stock index had the biggest decline in almost in a month, paced by fabric exporters, after tensions between the governments of Colombia and its neighbors escalated. The IGBC index fell 2.5 percent to 8,961.22 at 10:02 a.m. New York time, making it Latin America's worst performing major market. Compania Colombiana de Tejidos SA and Textiles Fabricato Tejicondor SA, both Medellin-based textile manufaturers, tumbled 8.6 percent and 5.7 percent respectively.
