Venezuela Environment Ministry readies to welcome some 5,000 guests to the 7th Latin American and Caribbean Social Forum from September 21-28. The Latin America and the Caribbean guests will meet in Parque Arena Plaza Ferial in Barquisimeto, Lara. Lisette Hernandez, general director for International Relations, said the event will help study and meet regional problems, namely access to water as a basic human right. The agenda also includes biological diversity, environmental protection and desertification.
