Venezuela says United States warplane has violated Venezuela's sovereign air space

Venezuelan Foreign Minister Nicolas Maduro has revealed that a United States warplane violated Venezuela's sovereign airspace over the Caribbean island of La Orchila on Saturday and that he has demanded explanations from US ambassador to Venezuela, Patrick Duddy. In a press conference together with Defense Minister Gustavo Rangel Gomez, Maduro said that during a meeting with Duddy scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday) he will also demand explanations on the positions if high-level US government officials with regard to Venezuela.

Venezuela is facing the most difficult period of its history with honest reporters crippled by sectarianism on top of rampant corruption within the administration and beyond, aided and abetted by criminal forces in the US and Spanish governments which cannot accept the sovereignty of the Venezuelan people to decide over their own future.
