Chavez: US architect of Iran-Iraq war
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez says the United States 'planned, financed, and executed' the 1980-1988 war between Iran and Iraq. 'They produced the Iran-Iraq war. The United States empire planned, financed and executed that war,' said the outspoken president.
