Spanish head of government José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero is ready to talk with Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez and will wait for his arrival in a summit to be held in Lima in order to have a meeting, on Thursday said Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs Miguel Ángel Moratinos.
Moratinos was making reference to a potential reunion between Zapatero and Chávez after six months of dampened relations as King of Spain Juan Carlos asked the Venezuelan president to shut up during the Ibero-American Summit held in Santiago, AFP quoted.
