Arias Cárdenas made an appeal to recover the government of Zulia state

'It is necessary that the Bolivarian Revolution recovers the government of the state of Zulia in order to route that population to the process of change,' the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs for Latin America and the Caribbean, Francisco Arias Cárdenas, said.
During an interview broadcast in the state-own TV station Venezolana de Televisión, the diplomat also said that ' the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (Psuv) will decided in the next days about the method to choose those candidates who has the option to lead an state.'
Arias Cárdenas said that the governor of Zulia state, Manuel Rosales, tries to continue ruling that region; however, 'we will fight hard to defeat it because the Zulia will change for good, for revolution and for the government of all the Zulia's people.'
