This Mobilization for Bolivia is being called and organized by the 'Emergency Continental Bolivarian Coalition of Los Angeles' which was recently formed by different local organizations and individuals as a response to the recent brutal massacre perpetrated against Bolivian indigenous in the department of Pando.
