International drug syndicates preying on girls & women

Synthetic drugs such as ecstasy are smuggled to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia through Malaysia, while drugs substance of type cocaine are smuggled out from Latin America such as Peru, Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela to Spain.
Among the main reasons that these 'recruits'' take up the risky 'job' is to get cash easily, and the majority of them feel that the 'job' of trafficking from one country to another is an easy job. Traffickers are offered with free expenses to travel abroad along with pocket money of about US$5,000, and provided with accommodation by syndicate members. While abroad, syndicate members would also take these 'recruits' to entertainment centers. In some cases, traffickers are tricked by syndicates that it is not an offence to bring in such drugs to certain countries. They syndicates may also convince them that the goods are delivered, they would be able to return home and receive attractive payments. Normally these drugs are hidden in their underwear to complicate search by the authorities. Apart from that, the parcel containing cocaine drugs (normally between two and five kilogrammes) are hidden inside cakes, photo frames or in a special compartment in their luggage. One of the tactics used by syndicate members in influencing their victims is by chatting on the Internet, where light conversations would be used to befriend these young girls or women.
