London ambassador Samuel Moncada reluctant to speak about Livingstone rout and imminent collapse of Caracas-London deals!

Happier occasion: Earlier this ear Ambassador Moncada
presented his diplomatic credentials to Queen Elizabeth II

Caught on the backfoot by the London election rout of Ken Livingstone, Venezuela's ambassaador to London, Dr. Samuel Moncada is refusing to comment a situation where a series of Caracas-London "arrangements" are seen as having been put in serious jeopardy with the clear victory of Conservative Boris Johnson, described by President Hugo Chavez as a 'crazy polar bear' in a television interview with the BBC's John Sweeney last year.

Mayor Boris Johnson is being sworn in as London's new Mayor today, Saturday, and it is expected that he will immediately move to nullify a series of Chavez-Livingstone deals facilitated by Moncada's predecessor at the London Embassy, Dr. Alfredo Toro Hardy, who is now Venezuela's key ambassador to Spain.

Ambassador Moncada's sojourn at the London Embassy has been fraught with serious problems following dismissals and defections of key personnel at the embassy in South Kensington and the Consulate in London's West End.

  1. Really, the contradictions are deepening, we are going down the abyss at global velocity. Everything changes so rapidly, the decay is so enormous. I wonder if anybody or anything can still stop what is looming around the corner, is awaiting us with a sinister grin. The guys are committing too much errors.
