The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) has been urged to review its foreign policy to approach relations with other countries with a unified stance.
The new Chairman of the Council for Foreign and Community Relations (COFCOR), Antigua's Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer who made the call, has pointed specifically to the different positions of CARICOM's 15 member states to the China/Taiwan issue, the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas (ALBA) and the PetroCaribe agreement.
