Food Prices ‘Massacre’ Of World's Poor - Chavez

Soaring food prices are a 'massacre' of the world's poor and are creating a global nutritional crisis, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said on Tuesday, calling it a sign that capitalism is in decline. His comments came only hours after the United Nations' World Food Program called more expensive food a 'silent tsunami' that threatens to plunge more than 100 million people on every continent into hunger.
'It is a true massacre what is happening in the world,' Chavez said in a televised speech, citing UN statistics about deaths caused by hunger and malnourishment. 'The problem is not the production of food ... it is the economic, social and political model of the world. The capitalist model is in crisis.'

  1. President Chavez's statement just hit the cause of this situation right in the middle of the head of the nail, however, it is much more to that too, of course, he also has to practice when he preaches
his Socialist Economic Policies, like for instance, no allowing the increment of prices on food production or justify the increment
of anything with labor cost, expenses, salary increases, etc,
these increments doesn't make any sense, since the production is subsidized entirely by the State gains, attributed on resources revenues and fiscal taxation.
Tax payers and private sector must
remind the government or Executive and the Ministers of Economoy and Fiscal taxation of these whatabouts.

He said, quote,..'The problem is not the production of food ... it is the economic, social and political model of the world (or every nation). The capitalist model is in crisis.

Make sense, everyone must know that the economy of nations or states of the world was not meant on the hands of a greedy minority that make wealth or profits at the expenses of the means of survival of the mayority, bad and illegal practices of stockpiling, missing and shortaging are commonly seen in Venezuela by food product consumers the private sector.

In spite of a relentless oposition from that sector, Presdent Chavez is trying hard to promote food production to ensure overstocking, not stockpiling, to ensure the food supply sovereignity.

This Food and Energy Global sector are trying to hide their hegemonic agenda and the lacking of supply and resources by promoting this crisis.

They are obviously for the control entirely of all the food supply sovereignities of nations and as usual, this time they went to their usual spokeperson and allied, the U.N.
As you can see this "Democratic" world organism, lately, is starting to make statements seeking to convince the world population of a crisis that is going to get worser and the only solution wll be listening and following the orders of the neoliberalism agenda.

Is the World Bank, the IMF
and the private global corporate food and biofuel Industries and much more behind all this game ?, of course, it has been and still is on countries foreign debts and privatizations practices around the world.

Expect from this U.N. "Democratic World" organism, Global banks financial entities, experts, imperial neo-goverments more statements showing up daily and mainly on private media- oganizations, statements like this

" As you heard from the U.N and other financial experts, the world is in crisis and we are determined to take action, so we are here to tell you that we are the only ones qualified to bring a solution that will erradicate this unhumane and horrible situation which endangers our " Freedom, Democracy and "our way of life"
..." and it is mandatory that the world requires to make changes on constitutional reforms to open borders for Free Trade Agreements to bring and to expand more "grow and prosperity' to your nation economy and the world as a whole"
    of course this never happens.

There have always been food crisis for years, Would you to call it starvation?, it's nothing new, with famine in Africa and in most part of world, it also existed FOOD SUPERMARKETS, FOOD STOCK SUPPLIES AND FOOD STORES wich profited high gains from food products, that ironically, were made or obtained from the food supply sovereignity of those same nations disregarding completely the hunger crisis of its own population.

We have to watch out the energy "crisis" right know, it could be same type of game, OPEP should not be on this game scenario, it could be speculation and manipulation to
spike the fuel prices, disrupt fuel supply on made up events to a cause a political and social caos around the world to justify military invasions or illegitimate interventions to overthrow legitimate governments or presidents who do not are willing to fulfill this agenda.

Remember that there are nations at this vey moment watching out for their Energy and Food Resources patrimony and also watching who want to give it away and others who want to take it.
