Venezuela's Seniat tax agency on Monday said it hit Cemex Venezuela VCM1.CR, a local subsidiary of Mexican cement company Cemex, with a $37.3 million tab for back taxes. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez this year announced his government was nationalizing the nation's cement sector.
