According to Granma newspaper, the document made public at a joint press conference held Thursday at the Caracas headquarters of the Latin American Parliament criticizes Bush’s latest statements regarding Cuba and Venezuela and rejects the “global police” status that the US gives itself while harboring notorious terrorists in its territory.
The statement also points out that Bush’s aggressive statements coincide with revelations made public by Cuban officials in Havana that US diplomats have been acting as messengers to carry money to a fifth column of unpatriotic people in the country.
