Economy Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva said that his country is willing to transfer food technology to help Venezuela to promote an agricultural revolution similar to Brazil's. The Brazilian ruler's comments came during his visit to the Socialist Project for Agricultural Development La Planicie. Lula was accompanied by his Venezuelan counterpart, Hugo Chávez Frías. The compound, located in the Jesús María Semprún municipality, Zulia state (west Venezuela), is the largest of its kind in the country, state news agency ABN reported. Lula praised the effort made by the Venezuelan government to develop an economic policy that secures food supply to the people.
