'This is the beginning of the end of the harassment campaign Exxon instigated against Venezuela. We are planning to fight all of the way,' he told reporters at the High Court in London.

Here's an angle for PdVSA to play: while Exxon-Mobil must pay for what mischief they've already caused Venezuela with this fraud, PdVSA won't pursue Exxon-Mobil over these other cases if Exxon-Mobil quietly drops them RIGHT NOW...
