Eni to set up joint venture to operate in Venezuela deep waterstt: "Eni SpA, the Italian oil and gas company, will set up a joint venture with Venezuela's state-owned oil firm PDVSA and Ineparia to operate in the deep waters in front of the Amacuro river delta, the MF daily reported. The venture, called Petrolera Guiria, has already been cleared by Venezuela's president Hugo Chavez, MF said. Eni will have a 19.50 pct stake, PDVSA 64.25 pct, and the other Venezuelan firm the remaining 16.25 pct."
