...and these are the ones who want to rule the country, Venezuela!

VHeadline commentarist Oscar Heck writes: I am watching VTV, Venezuela's state-run television station ... and they are presently interviewing Colombia's ambassador to Venezuela on the street in front of the Colombian embassy where he is greeting some people who have marched in Caracas against the Colombian FARC.

From what is being filmed and reported live, many of the protestors appear to be violent opposition people (against Chavez) who can be heard screaming and yelling insults at the FARC (and at Chavez) in a very violent and typical fashion reminiscent of every anti-Chavez demonstration ever held in Venezuela or outside Venezuela by the violent mid-to-upper Chavez-hating classes.

Disgusting ... and completely uncivilized ... and these are the ones who want to rule the country.

The Colombian ambassador, in his address to reporters and demonstrators on site said, amongst other garbage, that the Colombian government wants to see the liberation "of all the kidnapped people" ... "those people who have been kidnapped (and are held hostage) by the FARC, about 800 people." He never once said anything about all the "other" people who have been kidnapped and are being held hostage by the Colombian government in jails or those who have been kidnapped and are being held by the pro-government, wealthy land-owner's paramilitary, the AUC.

As usual, it is a one way street ... the Colombian government is allowed to kill, kidnap and jail whoever it considers "terrorists" without being held accountable, but the FARC are not allowed to do the same under threat of being arrested and jailed or killed.

The Venezuelan opposition is full of it ... they, as usual, support a criminal Colombian government, financed by the USA's Plan Colombia (billions of dollars), which continues to spray chemicals all over innocent farmers and their families, contaminating their lands and causing birth defects ... all this to try to push the FARC out of the highly profitable coca-growing areas, lands which the Colombian government elite, the US government and US-interests seek to appropriate themselves of for their own exploitive purposes.

I find it completely disgusting how anyone with any heart can support the Colombian government and condemn the FARC as being "terrorists" when it is the FARC which builds schools and clinics for the locals ... not the Colombian government.

Many people don't know this, but I do, because I live along the Venezuela-Colombia border, that there has been a massive influx of Colombians into Venezuela seeking a better life because the Colombian government and the AUC, in their efforts to squeeze out the FARC, have been trying to cutting off water, electricity, medical supplies, and education to certain areas of the country ... leaving the innocent people in misery.

The Colombian government is using innocent people as war bait ... just like the USA does when it imposes embargoes against innocent people in order to force "unfriendly" governments to comply with US demands.

Sick, very sick ... but you know what?

In the last five-years-plus of knowing the violent Venezuelan opposition, they don't care who they hurt in the process of seeking what they so selfishly want. That is why they support the Colombian government.

Ruthless people.
